Important Notes:

• Travel documents such as tickets, insurance, and boarding passes should be carried both physically and digitally.
• Airline tickets will be sent to the group days prior to the trip; it is important to keep them both physically and digitally.
• We recommend completing your BioMig registration before traveling.
• We suggest you enroll in a mileage accumulation system once we notify you of the airline we will be flying with.
• Carry an original passport in good condition, valid for at least 6 months.
• If you need to take medication during the flight, bring the corresponding medical prescription.
• COVID-19 vaccination card is not mandatory for entering Japan, but if you have it, it is recommended to carry it.
• Arrive at José María Córdoba airport 3 hours before the flight; any delay is your responsibility.
• Masks are not a health requirement, but it is recommended to carry some for use in Japan’s public transportation as a sign of respect for their culture.
• In cabin luggage, no sharp objects or liquids over 100 ml are allowed.
• Do not place valuables and money in checked baggage; carry these items in hand luggage.
• The permitted baggage for international flights is 20 kg in the hold and 10 kg as hand luggage.
• It is recommended that you wear easily removable shoes and comfortable clothing for the flight.
• In Japan, the common voltage is 100 V. Frequency is 50/60 Hz. Plug types are A / B.
• If you purchase travel insurance other than what is offered by the agency, please send us the details for emergency purposes.
• A personal first-aid kit is common, containing headache pills, stomach remedies, and bandages.
• Complete the Check Mig form before leaving the country.
• Flights may change dates and/or times at any moment.
• Adherence to our schedules is vital for the timely execution of all activities.
• The maximum amount of undeclared cash you can carry is 10,000 USD or euros.
• In March, Japan's climate is spring-like, with temperatures reaching up to 15°C and dropping to 4°C at night.
• It's important to travel with an adequate budget for extra activities or emergencies.
• Japan’s currency is the Yen. 1 USD equals approximately 145 Yen. You must present your physical passport for currency exchange in Japan.
• For food, we recommend a budget of approximately 50 USD per day.
• Temple visits: some are free, while others may charge up to 30 USD in total.
• Transportation: we will use the Japan Rail and SUICA card for short distances, estimated at 50 USD.

• Nara: we will visit iconic sites like Todai-ji’s bronze Buddha and the Kasuga Taisha shrine.
• Universal Studios: extra cost of 86 USD for 4 fast-track activities.
• Suica: prepaid card for transportation and purchases in Japan, with an initial recharge of 1,500 yen.
• Travel insurance: mandatory coverage of 35,000 USD.
• Pocket Wi-Fi: portable Wi-Fi router for up to 5 devices.
