Arrival at Paris airport, transfer to the hotel and accommodation. The guide will be available at the hotel from 19:00 hrs.
Breakfast and panoramic city tour of one of the most visited capitals in the world. The tour includes the Saint Germain district, known for its intellectual atmosphere and as a meeting place for Hemingway, Sartre and Picasso. Visit to the Sorbonne University, Champs-Élysées, Concorde Square and the Arc de Triomphe. Crossing bridges over the Seine River to reach the Eiffel Tower for a photo stop. Visit to Les Invalides, where Napoleon’s tomb is located, La Madeleine, the Pantheon and other iconic sites that make Paris a unique city. Accommodation.
Breakfast and departure south toward Orléans through the Centre-Val de Loire region. Visit to Chartres, famous for its impressive Gothic cathedral, considered one of the most beautiful and best preserved in Europe. Continuation to Orléans, a city historically linked to Joan of Arc. Accommodation.
Breakfast and departure to Rennes, capital of Brittany. Short stop in the historic center with winding streets and colorful façades. Continuation to Saint-Malo, a walled coastal city. Panoramic visit of Saint-Malo, walking through granite walls, cobblestone streets, stone façades and slate roofs. Walk along the coastal path with views of the sea, harbor and nearby islands such as Grand Bé, where Chateaubriand is buried. Visit to Saint-Vincent Cathedral, Place Chateaubriand and local café areas. Accommodation in Saint-Malo.
Breakfast and departure to Mont Saint-Michel. Visit to this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk across the access bridge, medieval streets and artisan shops. Visit to Mont Saint-Michel Abbey with included entrance and audio guide. Exploration of its halls, cloisters and church with spectacular bay views. Free time and return to Saint-Malo in the afternoon.
Breakfast and departure toward Bayeux. The route offers coastal and inland landscapes of Normandy, combining maritime scenery, charming villages and historical significance. Arrival in Bayeux and accommodation.
Breakfast and excursion to the D-Day landing beaches between Omaha and Utah. Visit to the American Cemetery honoring more than 9,000 U.S. soldiers who lost their lives during D-Day and the liberation of Europe. Walk through gardens, white crosses and Stars of David. Visit to the memorial chapel and panoramic view of Omaha Beach. Continuation to Sainte-Mère-Église, site of airborne operations prior to the landing, where a mannequin hanging from the church commemorates the event. Free time for lunch. Visit to Pointe du Hoc with cliffs, bomb craters and German fortifications. Return to Bayeux and accommodation.
Excursion to Honfleur and Deauville. Departure to Deauville, famous for its cobblestone streets and timber-framed houses. Continuation to Honfleur, a picturesque harbor town with colorful houses, cafés and historic buildings such as Saint Catherine’s Church, known for its wooden structure. Continuation to Rouen and accommodation.
Breakfast and departure to Les Andelys to visit Château Gaillard, built by Richard the Lionheart. Continuation to Giverny, home of impressionist painter Claude Monet. Included visit to Monet’s house and gardens, featuring the water lily pond, Japanese bridge and diverse flowers. Continuation to Paris and accommodation.
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for departure.
