Hotel Recommendations And Conditions:

• Hotel schedule: The right to occupy the room starts at 3.00 pm on the day of arrival, except when they are available for immediate delivery.
• Take care of the room keys, in case of loss you must assume the cost.
• Any damage done to the infrastructure, rooms or to the hotel's equipment by guests must be paid by the user before leaving the hotel.
• For people who smoke, we invite you to do so in open spaces where it is allowed.
• Entry to the hotel of persons who are not guests is not allowed.
• The use of wristbands allows you free movement throughout all areas of the hotel, in case of damage or loss you must go to reception and make a payment or request a new wristband.
• The hotel towel must remain in the room, you should bring your towel for beach-pool use.
• Speakers or sounds: The hotel you have chosen may not allow the entry of these, in case it does you cannot have it at a high volume in the rooms or near them.
• Comply with restaurant and pool schedules.
• Hotels have wifi zones. If you require this service, ask for the password at reception.
• If you have special dietary conditions, please inform your adev in advance.
• Take care of your personal and valuable objects, they are your responsibility.
• The Coast does not have potable water, we recommend not drinking tap water.
• It is recommended to bring mosquito repellent.
• Consuming alcoholic beverages not purchased at the hotel incurs a corkage fee.
