Breakfast at the hotel. We start the morning with a complete tour of the city's most iconic landmarks. We will ascend to Cerro de los Cristales, home to the impressive Cristo Rey, from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the vast beauty of Cali. We will continue to the Sebastián de Belalcázar viewpoint, one of the most photographed spots in Cali, offering a privileged view of the Cali River canyon. Next, we will visit the famous Gato del Río and its colorful 'wives', an artistic corridor full of charm. From there, we will walk through Plazoleta Jairo Varela, a vibrant tribute to the Grupo Niche, and continue to the heart of the historic center to visit Paseo Bolívar, the iconic La Ermita Church, Boulevard del Río, and the traditional La Merced Church. We will end in the picturesque colonial neighborhood of San Antonio, a perfect spot to try local cuisine for lunch. In the afternoon, we will dive into the neighborhood where Cali's salsa culture was born. We will visit museums, a vinyl store, learn basic salsa steps, share stories, and experience the joy that has made Cali the salsa capital of the world.
Breakfast at the hotel. We will head to the beautiful town of Buga, where we will visit the majestic Basílica Menor del Señor de los Milagros. You will have time to attend mass and explore this city filled with history, faith, and colonial architecture. In the afternoon, we will enjoy lunch and then visit the charming Hacienda Piedechinche, a treasure of the Valle del Cauca's heritage. Here, we will learn about the sugarcane history, the traditional extraction process, and tour a 19th-century colonial house surrounded by nature. At the end of the afternoon, we will transfer to the airport, concluding this unforgettable experience in the Valle del Cauca.
