Breakfast and panoramic visit of Munich, including Karlstor, St. Michael’s Church, Marienplatz with its famous carillon, the Frauenkirche, and the Opera Square. Continue to Feldherrnhalle, Bürgersaalkirche, the Royal Residence and St. Peter’s Church. Free time to stroll through the English Garden. Accommodation.
Excursion to Neuschwanstein Castle, built by King Ludwig II. Visit of Linderhof Palace and continuation to Oberammergau, known for its Passion Play. Visit to the Benedictine Abbey of Ettal. Return to Munich. Accommodation.
Departure to Schaffhausen to admire the Rhine Falls. Walk through the car-free old town and continue to Zurich. Accommodation.
City tour of Zurich covering the old town, cathedral, old town hall, St. Martin’s Gate, Bahnhofstrasse, Fraumünster, Limmatquai and the university district. Visit to the Lindt Chocolate House with tasting. Accommodation.
Departure to Lucerne to visit the Chapel Bridge. Continue to Engelberg to ascend Mount Titlis by rotating cable car. Afternoon transfer to Bern, capital of Switzerland. Accommodation.
Panoramic visit of Bern, including the Clock Tower and St. Vincent Cathedral. Continue to Gruyeres, a medieval town famous for its cheese. Visit to a cheese factory with tasting. Arrival in Geneva. Accommodation.
City tour of Geneva visiting the Promenade du Lac, the English Garden with the Flower Clock, Jet d’Eau, the historic center and St. Pierre Cathedral. Continue to Parc des Bastions and the Reformation Wall. Free afternoon. Accommodation.
Departure to Montreux for a brief visit, including the interior of Chillon Castle. Continue to Zermatt, an alpine village at the foot of the Matterhorn. Accommodation.
Ascent by cogwheel train to the Gornergrat viewpoint with spectacular views of the Matterhorn and over 29 peaks above 4,000 m. Return to Zermatt. Accommodation.
Board the Glacier Express from Zermatt to Chur, passing alpine valleys and crossing the 2,033 m Oberalp Pass. Continue by bus to Zurich. Accommodation.
Breakfast and transfer to the airport.
