Meeting at 6:30 PM to depart at approximately 7:00 PM to Paipa.
Arrival at Puente de Boyacá at around 7:00 AM. Then, we will explore Tunja, the capital of Boyacá. Arrival at the hotel, room assignment, and morning rest. Departure around noon, we will head to the Termales de Paipa and Pantano de Vargas. In the late afternoon, we will enjoy views of Lake Sochagota and explore Paipa. If we stay in Paipa, on this day, we will replace the hot springs with a visit to Pueblito Boyacense and do the hot springs the next day.
Breakfast and departure to Tópaga, known for its coal mineral crafts. Then, we will explore the charming town of Monguí, where we will discover the world of leather. Lunch and a visit to Nobsa, famous for its woolen blankets, blankets, sacks, and other accessories made from virgin wool. In the afternoon, we will visit Pueblito Boyacense and then head to Sogamoso, where we will take a panoramic tour. Later, we will arrive in Aquitania, the gateway to the largest natural lake in Colombia, Laguna de Tota. We will explore its surroundings and then visit Tibasosa, a town famous for the fruit known as feijoa. In the evening, dinner at the hotel and rest.
Breakfast and departure to Tibasosa, a town known for its heritage and the famous Feijoa fruit. Then, we will explore Aquitania, the onion capital of Colombia, where we will visit its museum and take a panoramic tour of Sogamoso. In the late afternoon-evening, return to the hotel, dinner, and rest.
Early breakfast to depart and explore Villa de Leyva, one of the most beautiful towns in Colombia. Arrival around 9:00 AM, where we will visit its main square and stroll through its streets. Lunch at Zutamarchan, known for its local cuisine. In the afternoon, we will visit the craft capital of Colombia, Ráquira, famous for its clay handicrafts and vibrant colors. As night falls, we will arrive in Chiquinquirá, the religious capital and home of the Virgin of Chiquinquirá, patroness and Queen of Colombia. Arrival at the hotel in Chiquinquirá, room assignment, dinner, and rest.
Breakfast and return to Medellín, with a previous stop at the first wonder of Colombia, the Salt Cathedral in Zipaquirá.
